Call for presentations

Please register thru the Presentation submission form.

In exceptional cases presentations proposal are accepted by email to info@moblab-conference.ch.


Authors are kindly invited to submit their papers / presentations proposals as per the schedule below:

  • Paper Submission* Due: September 4th 2017
  • Acceptance Notification: September 18th 2017
  • Author References and Bio: September 18th 2017
  • Presentation Abstract: October 27th 2017
  • PowerPoint presentation: November 6th 2017
  • Conference Dates: November 15th 2017

* A portrait pictures in HD must be enclosed

 

For documents and presentations .doc* /.pdf /.ppt* file formats are accepted (presentation must be in .ppt* format, if possible using the Widescreen 16:9 layout). Pictures must be submitted in .jpg* format.

 

Please ensure all articles are proofread and checked for accuracy prior to submission. Changes cannot be made during the review process. If accepted, minor revisions may be made prior to final submission.

Submissions must include the following:

  • Presentation Title;
  • Presentation Abstract (150 words limit) – A brief description to be included in the conference program;
  • Picture of presenter in .jpg format;
  • CV of the presenter in form of a short presentation (will be shown on the conference website);
  • More than one proposal may be submitted, but only one will be accepted per presenter.

 

The presentation in .ppt* from shall be submitted by email to info@moblab-conference.ch no later than November 6th, 2017 12:00pm.

Each speaker will have a maximum of 25 minutes for presentation and approximately 5 minutes for short Question & Answer Session. Speakers should plan to talk for a maximum of 20 minutes to allow for a short introduction.

You are kindly requested to prepare your presentation using PowerPoint with pre-installed font. In case you desire to use a particular font, you shall submit the font file together with the presentation. Presentation shall be made using the 16:9 screen format.

Be sure your visuals are clear and very legible. Institutional or company logos may appear on all slides of the presentation, though the presentation shall address a topic of interest for the audience and is not be used for product placements or marketing.
